Unfortunately, due to Amazon Web Services going down, it deleted character data completely for all players who transferred during the time it was down for. This is something that the Customer Support team may be able to assist with, but it may end up being a choice of preference with you all. We can offer only two options at this time to resolve this for you.
- Schedule an appointment with a GM
- Due to the high amount of tickets received, this can take an extremely long time to be resolved in-game.
We know this has been a big inconvenience to all our fellow survivors and we're terribly sorry that we are unable to do more.
