If a GM has reached out to you about setting up an appointment, here is all the info you will need in order to have one set up with us!
The GM will provide you with a unique link to where you have access to scheduling an appointment that works best for you!
When accessing the unique link, it should look similar to this:
You may then choose your service depending on your platform that you are gaming with. Once you have chosen your platform and correlating issue that you need assistance with, you can then start the process to choosing an opening with your GM. It will look like this:
Once you have chosen the time that works best for you, we will ask for your some required information. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU DO NOT PROVIDE YOUR CORRECT TICKET NUMBER, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED. If you are still unsure of what to fill in, please reach out to your GM for more support with this.
Ticket ID is your "Request number" that is found on your email or when viewing "My requests" on the Support.survivetheark.com site. It will look like this:
This will be where you find your Ticket ID. Please be sure to include this with your appointment. After you submit your information, a confirmation email will be sent to you and your appointment will be booked!
Please note: The GM reserves the right to cancel, or reschedule any appointments. If changes are made or updated, you should be notified via email and/or by ticket.
If players abuse the appointment system, this can result in ticket suspension and banning.
