Once you have submitted a support ticket, a representative will review your ticket. When the ticket has been reviewed, a representative will provide you with a link for you to schedule an appointment.
Appointment slots are limited in number and subject to availability. Appointments are available Monday - Friday (Pacific Time Zone), on a first come first serve basis. On the day of the appointment, the representative will join the server and meet you at your location.
Please do NOT schedule an appointment with a representative that did NOT review your ticket. Your appointment will be CANCELLED without notice and it will further delay your appointment.
