Do you think that your account was banned by mistake? If so, you can file a ban appeal.
Filing an Appeal
The first step is letting us know that you think you were banned in mistake. If you were banned by BattleEye, you will need to contact BattlEye here for assistance.
- To create a support ticket, click on Submit a Request at the top right of the support page.
- Select Account Related
Filling Out the Appeal
Provide as much information as possible when filing an appeal. It allows our enforcement agents to diagnose tickets and respond to tickets more quickly.
The appeal's subject line should be in the following format: Ban Appeal – [PC/XBOX/PS4] – [Your Account Name]
- For example: Ban Appeal - PC - Survivor_Bob
Additional Information To Provide

Your SteamID / Gamertag / PSN
- For PC you can get your ID by going into a singleplayer session and type
whoami
in the console (TAB). Then use TAB again and send us a screenshot of the console output.- It should look similar to this:

- For Xbox and Playstation accounts you need to provide the exact spelling of your PSN or Xbox account (capitalization matters)
- For PC you can get your ID by going into a singleplayer session and type
- Your Character Name
- Your Tribe Name

- Provide any additional information that will help us understand the issue
- If you are submitting video evidence, please use one of the following hosting services
- YouTube (Upload your video as "not-listed" this will make sure no one else can find it by searching for it)
- Streamable (You don’t need an account to upload to this service and you can post the link from other services that aren’t supported)
- Twitch (Link your past streams with timestamps to check or clips of the violation)
- Images submitted should be readable or they won't be used. This includes pictures that are too small or pixelated to read.
Unappealable Offenses
If you were banned by our Enforcement Team for the following offenses your account will not be unbanned under any circumstances:
- Game exploits (meshing)
- 3rd Party Programs (hacking, aimbots)
- Real-Life Threats
- Real Money Trading
What to Expect
Typically, we are able to respond within several business days but this can vary depending on our current ticket volume. Do not submit multiple tickets as this will be considered spamming the ticket system.
The enforcement team will only review one ban appeal for any ban incident. Make sure to have all the relevant information you need when submitting your ticket.
